Sabrina fell in love with the benefits and practices of yoga over a decade ago and has been teaching for around 9 years. She completed her first teacher training in India in 2016 and second in breathwork and meditation in Mexico.In the past 9 years she has taught many different styles of yoga all over the world, ran retreats in Québec Canada and given workshops.Recently she teaches mainly yin, yin / yang, restorative and sound healing practices.She loves astrology and often ties this into her practices that relate to the seasons we’re moving through.She’s also had a passion for food, nutrition and cooking since a young age and has cooked at yoga retreats in the past.I want my students to feel that they are drifting off to another place while in my yoga classes and feel safe, held and nourished while attending my retreats

Tanya Dolbec is a yoga teacher and movement artist whose practice is rooted in the spiritual exploration of the body, imagination, and alignment. Certified in Yoga, Yin Yoga and hold a degree in dance choreography and in spiritual studies, she offers a sensitive, attentive, and inclusive approach to yoga, drawing inspiration from somatic, transcendental movements and contemporary dance postural alignment techniques, where each practice becomes a space for connecting the body, soul, and mind.As a multidisciplinary artist, Tanya has been practicing photography for 13 years, as well as visual arts, culinary art, linocut printing and floral art.Fascinated by the sensitive dimensions of bodily experience and the impact of movement on the mind, Tanya creates spaces where the sacred and inner transformation meet.
